Join us for a Virtual Personal Training session with Trainer Caitlyn Minch.
Caitlyn has been working in the fitness industry for 5 years and prides herself on bringing fun, yet challenging workouts to all of her clients. She has experience with all kinds of fitness levels and has helped hundreds of people with workouts.
Prepare to get a sweat on, working through a whole body high intensity workout. All you need is a drink bottle and a towel!
