Tell us more about your company. What inspired ‘Prefixer’?

PREFIXER is a Business Operations Agency. We parachute in to fix Operational or Project Management issues
which creates a positive internal culture, satisfied customers, and increased profit margins.

What have you observed, is the biggest challenge that companies face?

The 2 main ones are clear processes (a robust foundation that allows growth), and people leadership.

As you are a fairly new business, how has the journey been so far?

Equal parts exciting (about what I’m creating in the world), and confronting (do I truly believe I can).

What is the biggest challenge you have faced as an entrepreneur?

Getting over my inner dialogue that I’m not good at sales / networking.

How do you define success?

An abundance of customers who no longer ‘need’ PREFIXER because we were great at what we delivered.

Club CoWork is a relaxed way for CoWork Me members to meet & support one another with recommendations, knowledge,
and trusted business services.

What is something you have learnt from Club CoWork?

Creating a safe spaced for conversation if key.

What do you do to unwind?

Play drums, socialise with friends, binge watch a great show.

As you are a music fanatic, which artist has been on repeat recently?
