The role

Identifying, nurture and capture new businesses suited to working in a premium collaborative coworking space in St Kilda, Melbourne.

Responsible for

  • Seeking out and targeting new prospects
  • Seeking out and engaging key decision makers within organisations
  • Identify new business opportunities to achieve monthly targets
  • Strive for 100% occupancy by identifying and implementing  opportunities for growing our community
  • Maintaining company standards and expectations

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Are self-motivated, confident, energetic & enthusiastic
  • Enjoy communicating with all types of people
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

What will help you succeed

You will either have 2+ years sales, telesales,  or commercial property experience or be a successful Real Estate Agent looking to make a change.
