The role

Identifying, nurture and capture new businesses suited to working in a premium collaborative coworking space in St Kilda, Melbourne.

Responsible for
  • All aspects of sales
  • Preparation of sales agreements
  • Compiling sales prospects and capturing contacts in our database
  • Seeking out and targeting new prospects
  • Seeking out and engaging key decision makers within organisations
What you’ll need to succeed
  • Be an awesome person
  • Able to work independently, hungry for a challenge
  • Take full accountability of personal results
  • Are self-motivated, confident, energetic & enthusiastic
  • Pride yourself on being organised, accurate and work to deadlines
  • Enjoy communicating with all types of people
What will help you succeed

You will either have 1 – 2 years coworking or commercial property experience or be a successful Real Estate Agent looking to make a change.
